Arrival at the north Serengeti camp — positioned at the most active crossing area. Afternoon game drive immediately targeting the wildebeest build-up at the river crossings. The north Serengeti’s crossing drama, when it happens, is the most spectacular wildlife event on Earth: tens of thousands of animals crossing the crocodile-filled Mara River in a single surging mass. The first night in crossing country closes with the distant sound of wildebeest and hyena.

A final morning game drive in the north Serengeti before departure for the Isebania border crossing. The drive southwest through Serengeti exit roads passes through Maasai community land before the Tanzania-Kenya border at Sirari/Isebania.
