Endoro Lodge is a small, intimate eco-lodge operated by Mberesero near Karatu, offering a quiet and nature-focused stay in the Ngorongoro highlands. The lodge takes its name from the Endoro Trail, which winds through the surrounding landscape to the Elephant Caves an ancient geological feature that has become a signature activity for guests staying in this area. The setting is genuinely rural and peaceful, away from the more commercial properties closer to the Ngorongoro gate, and suits travellers who prefer a smaller, more personal operation.
