Amani Safari Lodge is a family-run property set within the Burka Coffee Farms on the outskirts of Arusha, where the word “Amani” — Swahili for peace — captures the property’s ethos. The lodge was established by the Mrosso family with a vision of blending Tanzanian heritage with contemporary hospitality: furniture crafted from the family’s forest in Rombo, Kilimanjaro, fresh produce from the coffee estate gardens, and a commitment to authentic cultural engagement run through the property from the restaurant to the guest rooms.
The facilities are well-rounded for the category: a swimming pool, spa, conference centre, restaurant serving Tanzanian and international fusion cuisine, and a bar overlooking the gardens.
